BookMeCheapest.online is operated by Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd (29/48 Moo 10, Nong Prue Subdistrict, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand). We manage advertising and marketing on behalf of Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited, an IATA-accredited travel agency (IATA License No. 14025685) authorised to sell and service airline tickets. All bookings are processed through Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited.

2. Role as Independent Travel Agency

We act as an independent travel intermediary facilitating flight reservations between passengers and airlines. We are not an airline and do not operate any aircraft. We do not own or control airline inventory, seating, schedules, or in-flight services. All air travel services are provided exclusively by the respective airlines under their own terms and conditions, which you agree to when your ticket is issued.

3. Booking Process

• Bookings are initiated by calling our toll-free number (844) 205-4177.
• You must provide accurate and complete passenger details including full legal name (as it appears on your passport or government-issued ID), date of birth, and contact information.
• A booking is confirmed only when payment has been received and a ticket/booking reference number has been issued to you.
• It is your responsibility to review all booking details (name, dates, destinations, fare conditions) for accuracy before confirming. Errors in name spelling or travel dates may result in fees to correct.
• By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that all passengers have consented to provide their personal data as required for the reservation.

4. Pricing and Fare Conditions

• All fares quoted are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking. Prices are not guaranteed until payment is received and the ticket is issued.
• Fares may include airline-imposed fees and taxes. Additional charges such as seat selection fees, checked baggage fees, meal fees, and in-flight service charges are governed by the respective airline's policies.
• Promotional or discounted fares may be fully non-refundable and non-changeable. These conditions are clearly communicated before you confirm your booking.
• Our agency service fees are separate from the airline fare and are non-refundable in all circumstances.
• Prices displayed on our website are indicative only and may change at any time without notice.

5. Payment

• Payment is accepted via major credit and debit cards processed through our secure payment gateway.
• Full payment or a specified deposit is required to confirm a booking. We will advise you of the payment terms during your call.
• By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount for the booking and any applicable service fees.
• Your card statement may reflect a charge from Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited or our payment processor.

6. Your Responsibilities as a Passenger

• Identification: You must carry a valid passport (or accepted government-issued ID for domestic travel) that is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
• Visas and Entry Requirements: You are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas, travel authorisations (e.g., ESTA, eTA), and entry documents for all countries on your itinerary, including transit stops. We do not provide visa advice.
• Check-In Times: You must adhere to all check-in deadlines set by the airline. Failure to check in on time may result in denied boarding without refund.
• Baggage: Comply with the airline's baggage allowances and restrictions. We are not responsible for excess baggage fees or baggage-related issues.
• Health Requirements: Ensure you meet all health documentation requirements (vaccinations, testing, certificates) required by the airline, origin, destination, and transit countries.
• Name Accuracy: Your name on the ticket must exactly match the name on your travel document. Name corrections may incur airline fees and our amendment service fee.

7. Cancellations and Changes

All cancellations and changes are subject to the fare rules of the issuing airline and our service fees. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We will advise of any alternative options such as airline credits.
• Refundable fares may be subject to airline cancellation penalties depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
• Changes to dates, routes, or passengers may incur airline change fees plus our amendment service fee.
• We must be contacted in advance of the scheduled departure time to process any cancellation or change.

8. Airline Schedule Changes and Cancellations

Airlines may change or cancel flights at any time due to operational requirements, weather, government restrictions, or other factors beyond their control. In the event of a significant airline-initiated schedule change or cancellation, we will notify you and assist in exploring available options, which may include rebooking, a fare credit, or a refund in accordance with the airline's policy. We have no control over and accept no liability for airline-initiated changes.

9. Denied Boarding and Missed Flights

We are not responsible for denied boarding by the airline due to failure to meet documentation, health, or check-in requirements. If you miss your flight due to late arrival, we will endeavour to assist with alternative bookings subject to availability, but this may incur additional costs. No-shows forfeit the full ticket value in most cases.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel. A suitable policy should include coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, missed connections, and baggage loss. We do not sell or underwrite travel insurance. The decision to purchase cover is entirely your responsibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMeCheapest.online, Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd, and Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, diversions, or missed connections caused by the airline or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during travel.
• Injury, illness, death, or any damage suffered during travel.
• Denied entry, deportation, or quarantine resulting from failure to meet entry requirements.
• Additional costs incurred due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or acts of war.
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by airlines, airports, or third parties.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total service fees paid to us in connection with the specific booking in question.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, war, strikes, terrorism, or infrastructure failures. In such circumstances we will endeavour to assist you in all available ways.

13. Website Use

All content on BookMeCheapest.online is provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of site content is prohibited.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd or are used with permission. Airline names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely for identification purposes. No affiliation with or endorsement by any airline is implied.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
